Cytonn Real Estate is an affiliate of Cytonn Investments, focused on developing institutional grade real estate to deliver returns and build safe, secure neighborhoods for our clients.
Cytonn Real Estate was started following the need to bridge an existing fragmentation in Kenya’s real estate investment space. The faction is responsible for real estate development while Cytonn Investments is responsible for raising capital and structuring. Through real estate development, we seek to create housing for the middle-class, reduce the deficit of 200,000 units per annum, create jobs (both directly and indirectly through our developments), and improve the standards of living in the region.
