Our project management team is involved in concept design, project planning, project execution, monitoring and control and project exit.
Quality control and assurance involves overseeing project implementation processes from pre-development to project exit. The department aims for the highest quality standards that ensure clients' interests and expectations are met.

This department is tasked with taking up the day to day running of Cytonn Real Estate's developments once construction is done and dusted and the property has been handed over.
The department works efficiently and effectively to maintain the units and common facilities of the developments. This allows the residents to live stress-free, productive lives. As such, we have adopted global facilities and property management best practices in our management model to ensure we deliver to promise.
